Katharine Rajczak LLB
After working for a number of years in the non-profit sector in the arts, health, and social services, Ms. Rajczak attended law school in the 1990s. She received her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in February 1996.
Ms. Rajczak has over 20 years experience as a family law trial lawyer having appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal of Ontario. She also served on the panel for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
Ms. Rajczak now restricts her family law practice to mediation, arbitration, collaborative law, and parenting coordination.
Ms. Rajczak has trained in breath and voice studies through the Canadian National Voice Intensive, the Linklater Center for Voice in New York, the Kristin Linklater Voice Centre in Scotland and Breathexperience in Vancouver, BC. She utilizes breath and voice work in her practice to manage emotions and high conflict and to facilitate improved communication between parties.
Ms. Rajczak also offers Communication Coaching to couples in the process of restructuring their families as well as to family law service providers who wish to use innovative, stress reduction, mindfulness techniques with clients in the resolution of conflict.

Before being called to the Bar, Ms. Rajczak served as Executive Director for Second Harvest Toronto and instituted their signature fundraising event, Toronto Taste with Bonnie Stern. She also founded FoodShare Toronto with the support of Art Eggleton who was mayor of Toronto at the time. She also worked as consultant and fundraiser for Windfall Clothing Service. Ms. Rajczak has held public relations/communications positions at Fenton Communications Ltd., Theatre Plus, Womens College Hospital, and the Ontario College of Art and Design. Ms. Rajczak has also worked in the theatre as an actor, producer, and public relations consultant.
Ms. Rajczak is currently the President of the Board of Directors of the Stratford Symphony Orchestra. She also supports United Way, Stratford Hospital, Optimism Place, the Stratford Festival and the Shaw Festival. Over the years, she has been a board member of a number of theatre and social service organizations in Toronto including the Toronto Theatre Alliance, Dora Mavor Moore Awards Committee, Metropolitan Toronto Social Planning Council, and Transition House.
